Emerson Park School Sport Partnership

Our target
To work with all partner schools to help create the  ‘5 Hour Offer' for all 5-16 year olds. To achieve this we have two clear priorities: -

- to improve the quality and quantity of currculum PE on offer in all our partner schools.

- to focus on improving the quality and quantity of sport accessible and available to young people, on school / college sites, in clubs and in the wider community.

Our current position
87% of students aged 5 - 16 take part in at least two hours curriculum PE in a typical week.

48% of students aged 5 - 16 participate in at least three hours of curriculum PE and out of school hours school sport in a typical week.

22% of students aged 5 - 16 participate in at least 5 hours of Sport in a typical week.
